Use of Our Services
Our answer packs and tutoring sessions are designed to support learners working towards vocational qualifications. They are intended as study aids and guidance materials to complement your learning provider's teaching.
You are responsible for ensuring that our services align with your awarding organisation's requirements. TM Support is an independent support service and is not affiliated with any specific awarding body.
Purchases and Payments
All prices displayed on this website are in British pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering.
Payments are processed securely through our third party payment provider. TM Support does not store your full card details on its own servers.
Answer Pack Delivery
Answer packs are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download your purchased materials. If you experience any issues accessing your download, please contact us at info@tmsupport.co.uk.
Answer packs are provided in a format suitable for study and reference. We recommend downloading and saving your materials upon receipt, as access links may expire after a reasonable period.
Tutoring Sessions
Our 1 to 1 Zoom tutoring sessions are available in durations of 30 minutes, 45 minutes, 1 hour, and 1.5 hours. To maintain focus and learning effectiveness, we do not recommend sessions exceeding 1.5 hours.
Sessions are conducted via Zoom video conferencing. You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable device, internet connection, and a quiet environment for your session. A stable internet connection is required for a satisfactory experience.
Cancellations and Refunds
Tutoring sessions: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a charge equivalent to the full session fee.
Answer packs: Due to the digital nature of these products, refunds are generally not available once download access has been provided. If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from accessing your materials, please contact us and we will resolve the issue or arrange a suitable remedy.
Intellectual Property
All answer packs, tutoring materials, website content, and resources provided by TM Support remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share these materials with third parties without our written permission.
Answer packs are licensed for your personal, individual use only. Sharing, uploading to public platforms, or redistributing our materials is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Academic Integrity
